At Kaldi's Coffee, we want you to love every brew. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns on equipment and exchanges for coffee beans within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of why the product didn't meet your expectations.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused equipment or coffee in its original packaging to ensure it arrives back at our roastery safely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement coffee.
