Kinto Capsule Cold Brew Maker

Kinto Capsule Cold Brew Maker

Size: 1 liter

If you love cold brew coffee and are in search of a more convenient, consistent way to brew it, then the Kinto Capsule is your friend.

Kinto makes exceptionally beautiful products and the Capsule is no different. The lid is unique, utilizing a "pop" design that comes slightly open when you pour and closes when it is sitting flat on the shelf. The fine mesh filter also does a great job of giving you the cleanest possible cold brew concentrate.

Speaking of "clean", it's also fairly easy to clean once you're done brewing. Just take out the mesh filter, rinse it off, and you're good to go.

Another thing we like: the Capsule provides a really useful amount of cold brew. Things like theĀ Toddy make absolutely divine cold brew, but it makes A LOT of it. Your trusty French Press can double as an exceptional cold brew maker, but it's size can be a limiting factor. The Capsule is a happy medium - you can still get a few days worth of easy, on-the-go, refreshing cold brew without worrying about it going stale.

We recommend brewing with 80g of coffee and ~850ml of water and then diluting to taste. We think it especially shines with darker roasts.
